Q - How long is the shipping time?

A - Usually 2-4 working days depending on stock levels. Larger/ more unique items may be longer due to supplier shipping therefore please do take into consideration when ordering however we endeavour to improve our shipping times.

 

Q - Do you have "X" product?

A - YES! Please feel free to request different models/ products for different vehicles as we are constantly updating our catalog of products.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Club Customz, we take pride in ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We operate with a 14-day refund policy, allowing you to return items within this time frame if they do not meet your expectations.

We will only accept a return if the product remains it its original packaging, unopened and unfitted. Any opened / damaged items will not be applicable for return. 

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed promptly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the safe arrival of your item.
