At Club Customz, we offer a 14-day return policy for items that do not meet your satisfaction.

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs, and refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition. For a smooth return process, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. If you have any questions, our customer support team is here to assist you.

All products are aimed to be shipped within 3-5 working days. (Excludes Weekends/Bank Holidays). Please allow up to 5 days for delivery. We use Royal Mail for smaller items and Evri for Larger items. Delivery is tracked. 'Speedy Delivery' is available for extra cost
